Nobility

Nobility, or Nibby as we affectionately call her, was born to Storm, our matriarch, and as such, had a really good start to life. Not only is her mom safe and well-looked after, but because Storm is the matriarch, Nibby benefits from extra special protection. She can live her life safely and securely at the Sanctuary with her mom and sister and never has to fear anything.

Nibby is a strong young goat, both physically and emotionally. She lives life very much on her own terms and, like her mom, she tends to accept affection from us only when she feels it is the appropriate time and place. I usually get a short snuggle from Miss Nibby just after they have been fed in the afternoon. Maybe this is her own way of saying thank you for the lovely, nutritious meal.

Even though Nibby is not the most outwardly engaging goat, she is such a beautiful specimen, and I have loved seeing her grow up. She is truly a testament to her mother’s guidance and excellent raising methods. This is truly a family that brings us pride and joy. Mom and both daughters stand proud, have strong and individual personalities, and are extremely beautiful.
